1.1 We currently deliver orders across India through our authorised logistics partners, including Shiprocket.
1.2 Deliveries are subject to serviceability and coverage by our logistics partners. In rare cases, if your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and initiate a full refund.


2. Order Processing and Dispatch

2.1 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of successful payment confirmation.
2.2 Products are dispatched within 5–7 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2.3 During high-demand periods, festivals, or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.


3. Delivery Timelines

3.1 Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and the courier service’s efficiency.
3.2 Rural or remote area deliveries may take slightly longer.
3.3 Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to external factors such as logistics partner delays, weather conditions, or natural disruptions.


4. Shipping Charges

4.1 We offer free shipping on orders above the minimum value specified on our Website.
4.2 For orders below the free shipping threshold, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4.3 Any promotional offers or discounts on shipping will be communicated on the Website or via email.


5. Order Tracking

5.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
5.2 Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the system after dispatch.

6. Delivery Attempts

6.1 Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout.
6.2 If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may make up to two additional attempts or contact you to schedule delivery.
6.3 In case of non-delivery after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and a re-delivery fee may apply.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

7.1 The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
7.2 Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or be returned.
7.3 Additional charges may apply for re-shipment in such cases.


8. Delivery Confirmation

8.1 Once an order is delivered to the customer’s address as per the courier records, it shall be deemed successfully delivered.
8.2 HF Masala shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft of products after confirmed delivery.


9. Delays and Force Majeure

9.1 We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation failures, or government restrictions.
9.2 In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and minimise the impact on delivery.


10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

10.1 If you receive a package that appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, please do not accept it and inform us immediately at contact@hfmasala.com.
10.2 Once accepted, any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence (images/videos).
10.3 Verified claims will be resolved as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
