This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.hfmasala.com, operated by HF Masala under Hussaini Flour Mill Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Customers may request to cancel their order before dispatch by contacting us via:

1.3 Upon successful cancellation (before dispatch), the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
1.4 The Company reserves the right to deduct any payment gateway or processing charges, if applicable.
2. Order Cancellation by HF Masala
2.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Payment failure or incomplete transaction
- Invalid or incomplete shipping details
- Technical errors on the Website
- Any other reason at the discretion of the Company
2.2 In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Returns and Replacements
3.1 We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has expired or is defective.
3.2 The customer must notify us of any such issue within 2 days of delivery, by emailing contact@hfmasala.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos showing the product condition and packaging
3.3 Once verified, our support team will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
3.4 Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
4. Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
Products returned without original packaging
Products used or partially consumed
Products returned after the 2-day reporting window.
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days after product verification.
5.2 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
5.3 The timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
5.4 The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment gateways.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
6.1 If a damaged, defective, or wrong product is delivered, customers must raise a complaint within 2 days of delivery.
6.2 We will review the issue and may request additional evidence (images/videos) to validate the claim.
6.3 After verification, we will either:
- Replace the product (subject to stock availability), or
Issue a refund to the original payment method.
7. Non-Delivery of Order
7.1 If your order is not delivered within 30 days from dispatch, and tracking shows no movement, please contact us.
7.2 Upon verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund as deemed appropriate.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, the decision of Hussaini Flour Mill Pvt. Ltd. shall be final.
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
